What are the main processes involved in CNC machining of aluminum materials?
Aluminum CNC machining is a mechanical processing method that uses tools such as CNC machining centers and milling cutters to process aluminum alloy materials into the required components.
The main process of aluminum CNC machining includes:
Master the requirements of design drawing standards, such as material, strength, size, position, roughness, production and processing performance of machined parts, and the number of product workpieces.
Conduct process analysis based on part drawing standards, including understanding the construction process performance of components, feasibility analysis of material and design concept precision, and approximate process flow.
After process analysis and design, all process data required for production are determined, such as production and processing process flow, process standards, milling cutter motion path, movement amount, cutting speed (rotation speed, feed rate, tool holding depth) and its auxiliary functions (tool change, spindle forward or reverse rotation, cutting fluid opening and closing).
According to the part drawings and established production process information, CNC programming is completed based on the program instructions and process forms specified by the CNC system used.
Input the edited program into the CNC device of the CNC machining center through the interface module.
Aluminum CNC machining can produce parts with high precision and good surface quality, and is a commonly used manufacturing method in fields such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing
