Aluminum CNC machining refers to the process of manufacturing and production processing of aluminum alloy parts by controlling the relative displacement of the milling cutter and the workpiece in the CNC machining center.
This process first needs to master the requirements of design drawing standards, such as workpiece material, strength, size, position, roughness, production processing performance and product parts.
Then it is necessary to carry out process analysis, which includes the understanding of the structure and process performance of the parts, the precision feasibility analysis of the material and design concept, and the determination of the general process flow.
After that, according to the results of the process analysis, the production process flow, process standards, the motion path of the milling cutter, the amount of movement, the cutting speed (speed, feed, knife depth) and its auxiliary functions (tool change, the rotation or reversal of the spindle, the cutting fluid on and off) and other parameters, fill in the production process card.
Then, according to the parts drawings and established production process information, and then according to the program instructions and flow forms specified by the numerical control system used, the CNC programming is completed.
Finally, the edited program is entered into the CNC device of the CNC machining center through the interface module to carry out CNC machining of aluminum.
