The aluminum profile processing process is a multi-step process that mainly includes melting, extrusion, straightening, surface treatment, cutting and processing, heat treatment, assembly and inspection, as well as packaging and factory delivery.
Firstly, aluminum ingots and metals such as magnesium are added to the melting furnace in proportion to obtain aluminum liquid. This aluminum liquid can produce aluminum rods of different specifications through the casting process.
Next, according to the cross-sectional shape and size requirements of the aluminum profile, design the corresponding mold, and use an extruder to extrude the aluminum rod into the desired shape of the aluminum profile. During the extrusion process, the mold applies pressure to the aluminum liquid, causing it to gradually solidify and form a stable shape.
Due to the possibility of bending or twisting of aluminum profiles during the extrusion process, straightening treatment is required to ensure that their straightness and surface flatness meet the standards.
Subsequently, the surface of the aluminum profile will undergo a series of treatments, such as anodizing, electrophoretic coating, spraying, etc., to improve its surface quality and weather resistance. These treatments not only make the appearance of aluminum profiles more beautiful, but also enhance their corrosion resistance.
Next, according to the design requirements of the product, aluminum profiles are cut into specific shapes using machining methods such as sawing, stamping, milling, and punching, and necessary processing and finishing are carried out. Some aluminum profiles may also require heat treatment, such as solution treatment and aging treatment, to improve their mechanical and heat resistance properties.
Afterwards, the processed aluminum profiles will be assembled and subjected to quality inspection and control as required to ensure that the product quality meets the standard requirements.
Finally, package the aluminum profiles for transportation and storage, and ultimately sell them to customers.
