We need to know that in order to produce aluminum profiles, we need to use an aluminum profile extrusion equipment production line. A complete aluminum profile production line consists of six types of equipment, namely: aluminum profile extruder, long rod hot shear furnace, aluminum alloy aging furnace, mold furnace, traction machine, and cooling bed. Do you know the order of use of these six types of equipment? What is the production process of extruded aluminum profiles? Let's learn about the relevant content together!
1. Firstly, hang the aluminum rod onto the material rack of the long rod hot cutting furnace, and lay the aluminum rod flat on the rack. Ensure no stacking phenomenon and avoid accidents and mechanical failures.
2. Standardize the operation of aluminum rods entering the furnace, and it is recommended to store 12 aluminum rods in the furnace. Heating is carried out at room temperature for about 3.5 hours, and the temperature can reach around 480 ℃ (normal production temperature), with insulation for 1 hour. Ready to produce!
3. While heating the aluminum rod, place the mold in the mold furnace for heating! (Around 480 ℃)
4. After the aluminum rod and mold are heated and insulated, place the mold into the mold seat of the extruder.
5. Operate the long rod hot cutting furnace to cut and transport aluminum rods to the raw material inlet of the extruder.
6. Place the extrusion pad and operate the extruder to extrude the raw materials into profiles
7. The profile enters the cooling air stage through the extrusion discharge hole, and is pulled and sawed to a fixed length by a traction machine.
8. The cold bed transfer platform transports aluminum profiles to the adjustment platform and modulates and corrects the aluminum profiles
9. The corrected aluminum profiles are transported from the conveyor platform to the finished product platform for fixed length sawing.
10. Workers frame and transport finished aluminum profiles to the aging furnace material truck
16. Operate the aging furnace to push the finished aluminum profile into the furnace for aging, at about 200 ℃, and keep it warm for 2 hours.
17. After being cooled out of the furnace, the finished aluminum profile with ideal hardness and standard size is obtained.
