In today's situation, the demand for
Industrial Aluminum Profiles is increasing in areas such as automobiles, mechanical protection, and railways. This naturally leads to the dual issues of cost and resource utilization. Therefore, how to improve the yield of industrial aluminum profiles has become an urgent task. There are many measures to improve productivity. This article mainly discusses two relatively more specific and practical measures.
1. Advanced equipment and high-quality workers are the prerequisites for increasing production
Advanced equipment, high-quality workers, and modern scientific management play a crucial role in increasing the output of extruded products. Among the more than 2500 industrial
Aluminum Extrusion machines in China, only about 25, or about 1%, can meet international standards. China's aluminum extrusion industry is currently in the stage of structural adjustment and should avoid low-level repeated introduction and construction. It is best to transform existing industrial aluminum extrusion machines with renovation value into modern high-level industrial aluminum extrusion machines.
2. The relationship between temperature control and increasing yield
Usually, if there is no unplanned downtime, the maximum output is mainly determined by the extrusion speed, which is subject to four factors, three of which are fixed and the other is variable. The first factor is the extrusion pressure of industrial aluminum profile extruders, which can smoothly extrude at low ingot temperatures with high extrusion pressure; The second factor is mold design, and the friction between the metal and the mold wall during extrusion can usually raise the temperature of the aluminum alloy passing through by 35-62 ℃; The third factor is the characteristics of the extruded alloy, which is an uncontrollable factor that limits the extrusion speed. The outlet temperature of the profile should generally not exceed 540 ℃, otherwise, the surface quality of the material will decrease, the mold marks will be significantly aggravated, and even aluminum adhesion, indentation, microcracks, tearing, etc. may occur. The last factor is temperature and its degree of control.
