In modern society, aluminum alloys have been widely used in various industries. And some non-standard customized equipment often uses various aluminum profile products, which are also non-standard. Non standard profiles are not available in the market. We often receive inquiries about special-shaped profiles and ask if there are ready-made molds. It is difficult to find the same mold for this type of profile. So we need to customize the mold. So how to customize aluminum profiles?
1. Firstly, a design drawing is required, as aluminum profiles have a uniform cross-section, only cross-sectional drawings are needed. Then send the drawings to the manufacturer for quotation. The price is divided into mold cost and material cost, and aluminum profiles that require deep processing also need to report the cost of deep processing. If the price is reasonable, we can start making the mold first.
2. After opening the mold, it is best to take a look at the trial sample, and only place an order for production if the sample passes the inspection. The main focus of the sample is on its external dimensions and hardness. Samples generally do not undergo surface treatment, so the appearance is not considered.
3. Batch production materials require a partial deposit, and if deep processing is not required after production, they can be directly packaged, usually non-woven fabric+kraft paper packaging. Then pick up the goods and pay the remaining balance. If deep processing is required, simply wrap it in non-woven fabric.
4. After the confirmation of the deep processing drawings, the aluminum profile can be further processed. The deep processing can be carried out by first sampling, and then mass production can be carried out after the sampling is qualified.
